The Role:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of solar projects throughout their entire lifecycle. You will ensure highest standards of quality and safety while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement processes governing all aspects of project development, construction, engineering, and operation.
- Ensure processes meet industry best practices and regulatory standards for consistency and reliability.
- Evaluate, select, and manage software tools and platforms facilitating quality management, process management, KPI data collection, and reporting.
- Ensure platforms are user-friendly, integrated, and support diverse project needs.
- Obtain feedback from project teams, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement
- Make informed decisions ensuring that quality management is aligned w/ business objectives
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, information technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably with an energy company or in a rapid growth business.
- Experience standing up ISO9001 Quality System & obtaining certification.
- Experience with Operations Technology (OT) systems like SCADA and Industrial Control system (ICS).
- High degree of self-motivation and professionalism to deliver results.
