This is a full time IN PERSON position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Communication & Team Support
- Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with staff, families, and stakeholders.
- Actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and confirm understanding.
- Respond to emails within 2 business days and voicemails within 1 business day.
- Ensure clinical staff have what they need in a timely manner.
- Scheduling
- Manage clinical schedules and ensure completion by mid-week for the following week.
- Coordinate staffing for new clients in collaboration with HR and operations.
- Assist with client intake by collecting and entering required documentation.
- Support team members to shorten the time from initial inquiry to service start.
- Help improve utilization rates on a monthly basis.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and report any concerns as a Mandatory Reporter.
- Address and escalate complaints appropriately.
- Keep the branch organized, clean, and running efficiently.
- Office & Relationship Management
- Serve as a key contact for families, caregivers, and external stakeholders.
- Attend required meetings and support local outreach efforts.
- Manage office supplies, mail sorting, and company vehicle coordination.
- Clinical Support
- Build positive relationships with children and caregivers.
- Participate in trainings and staff meetings as required
- Become and work as an RBT as needed, with all training provided by CFCI
Job Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year professional work experience
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Clean background check and positive references
Pay Range:
$19.50/hour until you are a certified RBT, then $20.50/hour.
