Goal of Role
This position will serve as a part of the AHT USA Sales Team and add real-world knowledge and experience in transport refrigeration to add unique perspective and expand our efforts. Additionally, this position will help generate recurring sales by creating direct relationships with clients to support and provide them timely information as requested.

This position will serve as a part of the AHT USA Sales Team and add real-world knowledge and experience in transport refrigeration to add unique perspective and expand our efforts. Tasks
- Prospect and develop new dealerships/clients to promote our transport refrigeration solutions.
- Develop sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness through sales metrics
- Mange existing client relationships through supporting functions (installation, operation, product support, troubleshooting)
- Contribute ideas and support the international transport refrigeration sales and service teams. (internal)
- Provide primary product support and coordinate customer questions to internal stakeholder (logistics, finance, service)
- Act as product support escalation
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic business principles with a client-first attitude
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritize work in an organized manner and multi-task when needed
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Job specification/expertise
- Bachelor of Science and Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of sales or service experience specifically in Transport Refrigeration with a Carrier or Thermo King dealership or at the OEM.
- Experience and knowledge of the technical functions of transport refrigeration machines
- A self-starter able to find new clients/dealers to promote our equipment
- Ability to read, organize and interpret equipment drawings for remote tech support functions
- Comfortable and experienced working inside a CRM platform
- Demonstrated proficiency creating and presenting slide decks to clients using PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 25%
- Driver’s license in the state of residency is required
- Exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock: 5% of the time
- Must be able to stand/walk/move about specific work area: 15% of the time
- Must be able to bend/reach/twist/stoop: 5% of the time
- Must be able to lift up to 10lbs on a frequent basis: 15% of the time
- Must be able to lift over 25lbs on an infrequent basis: 0% of the time
- Must be able to work and operate a computer: 90% of the time
- Vision is required to analyze and process work; and to work on computers and other office equipment
