Our client, located in Brooklyn NY, is a contemporary high-end residential design boutique firm responsible for coordination and implementation of all phases of architecture and design from concept through construction and furniture installation. They specialize in the luxury market and are responsible for creating outstanding timeless designs for clients through a simple hands-on approach.
Description :
They are looking for an interior designer to join their team on a permanent basis.
- Assistance with and / or direct oversight of multiple concurrent projects
- Creative input on overall design concept and design schemes
- Source finishes and FF&E
- Extensive knowledge of showrooms and suppliers.
- Preparing design drawings for client presentations (furniture plans, layouts, elevations)
- Drawing production to include custom millwork details, custom furniture designs, and construction drawings
- Coordinating pricing on design projects
- Meeting with clients as needed
- Oversee construction and installation of materials onsite
- Assisting in all aspects of projects and organization
Required :
Education : Salary / Hourly :
95-110k, commensurate with experience level
