What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner and US Head of Energy Private Equity and M&A. position at Consulting Point?
Consulting Point is currently partnering with a top tier boutique strategy consultancy in the US who are keen to hire a Partner in Houston to lead their expansion into the Energy Sector.
They seek a Partner level candidate who is working for a tier 1 consultancy (e.g. MBB) who has a good network and relationships with Corporates, Private Equity Investors and Portfolio Companies in the Energy Sector such as Oil & Gas, Power Utilities, Chemicals and Alternative/Renewable Energy (Solar Energy, Wind Energy, Geothermal Energy, Hydropower, Bioenergy etc.). Ideally you will have personally developed and maintained contact with top decision makers, led pursuit teams, priced strategy and M&A engagements and closed sales with energy firms.
My client’s work is focused on 3 core areas that are Strategy, M&A Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and Value Creation.
