What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Project Manager position at Consulting Solutions?
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid (Mon. & Fri. - remote / Tues. - Thurs. in office)
Start Date: 3/24 (He's already 3-weeks behind and really wants someone to start as soon as possible. However, he recognizes the onboarding process.)
LOA: 6-months (It's been approved for 12 months, but wants to do 6-month increments).
This is for a PM that is being moved to another project. Will come in an assume a majority of the responsibilities of the current initiatives. Need someone that can hit the ground running. Someone with a lot of energy and is a mover and a shaker. Do not have time for hand holding.
Project:
- Will be working on new formulation.
- New brands and graphic changes.
- New innovation
- No people management on this role.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Project Management experience.
- CPG industry experience a huge plus.
- Expertise in new formulation, new branding and packaging, graphic changes, etc.
- Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Procurement background.
- Ability to manage 2-5 projects simultaneously.
- Communication skills. Knowing who to talk to, setup meetings with, drive teams and business, etc.
- Environment: SAP, MS Office (Excel), Smartsheet, etc.
