Senior Project Manager (Scrum and Traditional PM Experience)

We are urgently seeking a Senior Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience in both Scrum and traditional project management methodologies. This position is critical
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects using both Scrum and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, developers, and external partners.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet evolving priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
Strong expertise in Scrum methodologies and traditional PM practices .
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience working with remote teams, preferably in Latin America.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong advantage.
