Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams for manufacturing-related technology initiatives
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
- Support end-to-end application lifecycle: requirements, development handoff, testing, and rollout
- Perform light system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Work closely with developers to ensure clarity on requirements and technical feasibility
- Troubleshoot and triage issues as they arise, collaborating cross-functionally for resolution
- Help improve processes and documentation within the manufacturing systems environment
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting manufacturing or operational technology
- Comfortable working with technical teams-can speak their language, even if not writing code
- Experience performing QA or testing functions in support of application development
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in a highly collaborative environment
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, or other manufacturing systems is a plus
