Job Description:
The Cloud Security Generalist will be responsible for reviewing cloud-native services and documenting the required security controls and governance policies needed to support their enablement in enterprise cloud platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring that services are deployed securely and in compliance with internal standards and external risk frameworks. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of cloud technologies, security practices, and documentation processes. This position requires close collaboration with security, compliance, and cloud architecture teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong foundational understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native services
• Working knowledge of security and governance requirements in cloud environments
• Familiarity with cloud risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, Cloud Controls Matrix [CCM])
• Ability to document and articulate control requirements clearly and effectively
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS (preferred)

• Extensive experience within the Financial Services industry
