JOB DESCRIPTION
The Product Experience Owner II (PEO2) collaborates with business, technology, analytics, and other enabling partners to prioritize and deliver on the strategic vision of new features for syndicated finance platforms. Working within an agile team, PEOs are expected to facilitate innovative thinking, drive product advancement, and deliver on strategic objectives through effective execution. The PEO2 will focus on the long-term product vision, identify industry trends, define product outcomes, ensure product adoption, and maintain a customer-centric design. In collaboration with the Team Lead, the PEO2 will co-develop the strategy and roadmap for continuous product improvement and exceptional user experiences. The PEO2 will champion an agile mindset across product teams to support the transition from project-based to product-based development.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end requirements definition, ensuring timely and detailed documentation of operational business processes, external interfaces, and system integrations.
- Collaborate closely with technology leads/managers, testing teams, and other enabling teams for successful project, initiative, and program execution.
- Accountable for driving product value through the development of a clear product vision.
- Establish ambitious and clear product vision, strategy, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), aligning to key metrics and communicating effectively with stakeholders and the team.
- Ensure alignment of digital vision and products with team strategy and requirements through stakeholder collaboration and product performance reviews.
- Contribute to the strategic development and execution of syndicated finance products, projects, and programs.
- Define the product vision and business case, managing the end-to-end output strategy of the team.
- Serve as a key leader within Agile teams, promoting empowerment, continuous learning, and a growth mindset, prioritizing work against outcome-oriented goals.
- Support an agile mindset across internal teams to facilitate the transition to a customer-centric and experience-driven organization.
- Analyze team results and Agile metrics to effectively communicate progress against the product roadmap and OKRs.
- Determine processes to mitigate product uncertainty and enhance market success.
- Decompose the product vision into minimum viable product feature sets and user stories, maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
- Collaborate with Team Leads to continuously prioritize and refine the product backlog using quantitative and qualitative techniques to ensure delivery of high-value work.
- Develop effective definitions of done and acceptance criteria to ensure Agile team adherence to quality and scope standards.
