Integrations Analysts provide critical support for all information systems, applications, and technologies within dynamic environments, including warehouses, start-up locations, campuses, or regional hubs. Whether the focus is on an established site or a newer one, the projects are constantly evolving.
The integration team plays a pivotal role in onboarding new clients into the organization's systems, requiring exceptional attention to detail. In a rapidly growing environment, achieving sustainable growth is key! This role involves recognizing and solving problems, providing daily system support, and contributing to small-to-medium-sized projects in a collaborative team setting. Success in this position requires teamwork, quality results, and strong communication.

Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the current EDI environment.
- Maintain and enhance existing integration processes.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to support integration processes following best practices.
- Write SQL queries to insert and extract data across various systems.
- Document and publish support processes as they are developed or improved.
- Deliver systems integrations and interfaces between diverse systems.
- Effectively communicate project status, including identifying obstacles and limitations.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing innovative ideas to increase customer service, enhance accuracy, and boost productivity.
- Play a key role in collaborating with other systems to design and develop improvements.
- Bring a positive cultural contribution or enhancement to the workplace.
- Show a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Be open to other duties that can expand your skills and career growth.
Must-Haves
- Experience understanding and analyzing different data formats to identify errors and solutions.
- Familiarity with X12, XML, JSON, or other eCommerce data formats/systems.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Skills to recognize problems and implement systems-based solutions.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Self-motivation and a willingness to "learn on the fly."
- Ability to monitor and address production issues, provide timely support, and escalate problems as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills with a sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in basic SQL queries.
- Strong motivation and ability to learn data integration and industry processes.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, or off-hours support when needed.
Preferred (but not required):
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Experience with integration platforms like Cleo Clarify, Harmony, or Cleo Cloud.
- 2-3 years of IT/IS experience with data integration concepts involving multiple systems.
- Industry experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
- Previous internship or consulting experience.
