We're looking for a senior-level Salesforce Developer/Architect with deep experience in the banking sector to support an accelerated Financial Services Cloud (FSC) deployment. This role requires someone who can balance high-level solutions design with hands-on configuration and development.
You'd serve as a key member of the project team, working closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Admins & Developers to design, configure, and deliver a tailored FSC implementation.

You'd serve as a key member of the project team, working closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Admins & Developers to design, configure, and deliver a tailored FSC implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead or contribute to solution architecture and technical design sessions for FSC and related Salesforce products.
- Provide hands-on configuration and Apex development of Salesforce components including custom objects, Lightning pages, flows, validation rules, and more.
- Support data migration, integration (APIs, MuleSoft)
Required Experience:
- 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience, including hands-on FSC projects.
- Extensive experience in the banking or financial services industry, including an understanding of key workflows (customer onboarding, KYC, lending, deposits, etc.).
- Strong development background with Apex classes & triggers
- Experience with API Integrations, middleware platforms (MuleSoft) and data migration tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.
- Comfortable working under tight timelines and with evolving requirements.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
