Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering continuous improvement and team empowerment.
- Facilitate the removal of impediments and ensure smooth workflow for the development team.
- Track and manage project progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.
- Promote Agile best practices and principles across the organization. Ensure cross-team coordination and communication in multi-team projects.
- Act as a mentor to team members, supporting their professional development.
Senior Java Developer Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and UI/UX, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Perform code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high code quality.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategies.
- Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, PSM).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach in software development teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Technical Skills (Java):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Hands-on experience with testing tools like JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG.
