A leading company in advanced filtration and purification solutions seeks an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer (ASQE) to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that online components meet design specifications and customer requirements. This role involves monitoring, guiding, and developing suppliers to enhance their quality performance and capabilities. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the ASQE will help foster a culture of quality throughout the supply chain, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsabilities:
Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to AMPURE's policies and code of conduct, as well as compliance with the AMPURE Integrated Management System (AIMS), ONE PEP, and SIPOC.
Quality Promotion and Risk Analysis: Promote a culture of quality throughout the supply chain, participate in risk analysis and feasibility assessments for supplier selection, and manage quality-related issues during project launches or mass production.
Supplier Quality Management: Oversee and approve supplier PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process) for new launches and changes, document quality agreements with suppliers, and lead audits and escalations, while managing quality complaints and deviations.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics) or related fields, with 3-5 years of experience in production processes, manufacturing, and quality management systems, including proficiency in Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, PPAP, SPC) and knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
Supplier Management and Negotiation: Proven experience (3-5 years) in supplier management and customer interaction, with the ability to negotiate favorable terms for the company and effectively lead cross-functional teams in quality initiatives.
Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced communication skills in English, capable of engaging with national and international stakeholders, along with strong problem-solving abilities using tools like 8Ds, 5W 2H, and Ishikawa diagrams to analyze root causes and drive continuous improvement.
