ConsultNet is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage work packages and ensure that project deliverables are achieved through effective collaboration with IT Infrastructure, Network Services, Service Support, and IT Operations teams. This role will work closely with Application Development and Business Unit teams to provide guidance on the design, testing, documentation, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of client software and services, ensuring alignment with operational standards and service quality expectations.
Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 3 proactive and reactive service and performance management for mission-critical and client systems.
• Respond to real-time performance alerts to swiftly resolve issues.
• Conduct regular performance data reviews and analyses to identify current problems and proactively detect potential future issues.
• Ensure the appropriate selection and deployment of technologies, improve infrastructure processes, and support the recruitment and retention of skilled personnel.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with middleware services such as Apache, Tomcat, IIS, and SQL/Oracle.
