Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration of Microsoft Windows and Linux-based servers, ensuring system performance, upgrades, and disaster recovery.
• Provide support for the organization's cloud-based communication system, including voice and videoconferencing tools.
• Implement and maintain routing configurations, including the management of wireless setups, subnets, VLANs, firewall policies, and other networking components.
• Ensure that system backups are regularly conducted for network devices, servers, and critical infrastructure.
• Assist in addressing help desk inquiries, offering support for the company's ERP system and related applications.
• Take charge of Cisco-based network infrastructure and Watchguard firewalls, ensuring they meet security standards and operational needs.
• Contribute to the organization's cybersecurity strategy by identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network or server issues across the system, minimizing downtime and ensuring stable operations.
• Participate in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of telecommunication services and datacom devices.
• Responsible for the upkeep and management of server racks, including the provisioning of new servers as needed.
• Regularly evaluate emerging technologies and propose enhancements that align with company needs.
• Effectively document all system changes, configurations, and ongoing projects for internal reporting and auditing purposes.
• Support the organization's growth by handling on-site technical tasks at multiple locations, requiring occasional travel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in network and systems administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring network systems, including knowledge of routing, firewalls, VLANs, and network security best practices.
• Strong experience supporting both Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Office 365 and Azure.
• Previous work experience with network monitoring, performance analysis, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Professional certifications such as MCSE or CCNA are preferred, or the willingness to obtain them within a defined period.
