Looking for a well-rounded marketer, capable of producing diverse externally facing content and managing projects independently. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal colleagues and external contractors (including a PR firm, graphic designer, and web developer) to create impactful content for the company's website, social media platforms, and sales presentations. Will be responsible for strategy, content creation, digital marketing, sales support, project management, tradeshow management, brand management and market research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience
• Proven ability to create engaging content for digital platforms, sales materials, and other marketing channels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office including SharePoint for file management and collaboration, Adobe Creative Suite, basic website CMS (e.g., WebFlow, WordPress), and photo editing (Photoshop or similar)
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully in a small team environment
• Ability to travel to support trade shows (up to 2-4 per year)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, advertising and B2B lead generation strategies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with contractors and internal stakeholders
• Creative, with strong work ethic
• Professionalism and excellent communication skills
