Job Description
This role is for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Facilities Analyst within the Mineral processing industry. Someone to perform comprehensive analyses of raw materials, storage tanks, emulsion processes, measuring devices, and software that runs control systems within an emulsion process facility. Review and assess the software systems that control facility operations. This role is crucial for optimizing the efficiency of operations, ensuring accurate inventory and product tracking, and advising on improvements for data collection and process flows. Build a comprehensive roadmap that outlines solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and product tracking. Advise clients on best practices for data collection, software upgrades, and improvements. May also participate afterwards in software development updates for their Siemens control systems, PLC's, and other various machining processes. This engagement would start out with one of the client's sites, and could continue the work at other remote emulsion facilities around the USA.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience facilities analysis, emulsion processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with data collection systems, flow meters, and software systems used in industrial operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, and software visualization.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, product tracking, and process optimization
- Experience with Siemens control systems and automation programming software
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or similar
