Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to manage and support our existing Ivanti MobileIron environment while preparing for a migration to Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in MobileIron and Intune, providing critical support for approximately 6,500 devices, including laptops and mobile devices. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our MDM infrastructure and guiding us through a significant transition.
Required Skills :
- Extensive experience managing Ivanti MobileIron environments, preferably on-premises.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, with proven success in migrations from other MDM platforms.
- Strong ability to maintain and support a large-scale MDM environment (e.g., 6,500 devices).
- Proficiency in managing mixed-device environments, including corporate-issued and BYOD (laptops, iPads, iPhones, Androids).
- Demonstrated capability in MDM policy creation, troubleshooting, and best practices for security and compliance.
