Project Manager

Role Summary:
As a Project Manager II, you will oversee new product development, process improvement, and special projects. This role involves leading cross-functional teams across multiple departments and locations, driving initiatives from concept through launch, and continuously enhancing project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
• Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to market release.
• Manage a portfolio of 7-15 projects concurrently.
• Identify risks and implement strategies to address obstacles effectively.
• Refine and advance project management tools and methodologies, mentoring team members as needed.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create and manage detailed project timelines with key milestones and objectives.
• Facilitate team collaboration throughout the product development process to ensure goals are met.
• Anticipate challenges, analyze risks, and work with teams to develop actionable solutions.
• Drive improvements to systems and processes, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support organizational initiatives, including process optimization and site enhancement projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification or the willingness to obtain one.
• Proven experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
