Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restaurant construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and problem-solving abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years managing restaurant or commercial construction projects.
• Education: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in construction project management software.

• Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets tailored to restaurant builds.
• Team Leadership – Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Budget & Schedule Management – Maintain cost efficiency while meeting deadlines.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring expectations are met.
• Quality & Compliance – Ensure adherence to restaurant industry standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
