Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead technical sales efforts for our chemical polymer products within the mining industry. This remote-based role (preferably located in Arizona or New Mexico) will focus on growing sales across the U.S. and Latin America, while also supporting global customer development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of mining processes and polymer applications. This is a base bonus and significant OTE upside.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for polymer-based chemical solutions in the mining sector.
Manage and grow customer relationships across North America and LATAM, with occasional global support.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site evaluations to drive solution-based sales.
Collaborate with R&D and technical support teams to ensure customer needs are met with customized solutions.
Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and maintain CRM documentation.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mining, or related discipline strongly preferred).
5 years of technical sales experience, ideally within mining or industrial chemicals.
Strong knowledge of polymer applications in mineral processing or related areas.
Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
