Job Description:
The Senior Developer, TeamConnect SME works under minimal supervision and will configure, customize, test, debug and document TeamConnect Out of the Box components in collaboration with the technology team, product team and business partners. Will utilize java coding heavily on the back to help enhance, modify and configure customizations to TeamConnect enterprise wide per discussions and plans made with stakeholders.
You will be responsible for collaborating with practice leads to assess, plan and address technological and training roadmap in order to remain current with technological changes, trends, and innovations in the legal matter management field and make appropriate changes in alignment with those collaborations.
Qualifications: • Strong domain knowledge in Enterprise Matter Management & Legal Operations – Must Have
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing (in Java) different TeamConnect & TAP workflow – Must Have
• Strong problem-solving skills with various TeamConnect modules – Must Have
• Experience with JAVA coding, specifically with TeamConnect modules
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in agile environments
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - will be working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and make necessary changes to code to better TeamConnect for organizational use
• Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions
• Should be well organized, thorough, and able to handle competing priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
