Collaborating with the Laboratory Director and CEO/Founder, this role focuses on meeting R&D goals and overseeing complex testing procedures. The position also involves creating scalable testing protocols, ensuring quality control, and communicating findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Data: Use specialized software to interpret experimental data.
- Develop Content: Write clinical reports, articles, white papers, blogs, and conference materials.
- Communicate Findings: Share insights with the research team and clinical consultants.
- Present Research: Deliver presentations at webinars and national conferences.
- Review Literature: Stay updated with relevant peer-reviewed research.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard all test results and personal patient information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Endocrinology, or a related field.
- Experience: Strong background in hormone research and clinical laboratory settings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ELISA, mass spectrometry, HPLC, or similar techniques.
- Data Analysis: Experience with bioinformatics and statistical software.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CLIA, FDA regulations, and GMP standards.
- Publication Record: Published research in peer-reviewed journals.
- Project Management: Ability to lead projects and manage timelines.
