Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Google Workspace and IAM focused Systems Engineer with experience administering and monitoring applications across Windows, Azure, and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving business processes, automating manual tasks, and implementing innovative solutions to modernize IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage account creation, termination, user access, and support for Google, Windows, and Azure enterprise environments.
- Implement and support a mix of Microsoft, Google, and third-party solutions, including MS Intune, Autopilot, MFA, DLP, Defender, ATP, and Chromebook Console.
- Focus on automation and software patching to ensure stability, security, and scalability of platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure solutions align with business requirements and deadlines.
- Establish and monitor SLAs to meet organizational needs.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and solutions.
- Build strategic relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring tools to maintain system performance and uptime.
- Develop standardized tools and operational procedures.
- Multitask across several initiatives while maintaining clarity and focus on deliverables.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service in all support and operational efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) best practices, implementation, reporting, and auditing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, active listener with a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large-scale (MSP type) environments with a focus on automation and scalability.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
Salary : $70 - $80
