Job Description: Software Developer
We need a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic, remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications on a Windows PC platform, primarily leveraging C# and .NET frameworks. Your contributions will support our legacy systems while potentially expanding to include web and mobile applications that drive data-driven, digital experiences to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Windows PC-based software while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric digital solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement and create actionable plans for software enhancements.
• Engage in Agile practices, participate in code reviews, and contribute to team discussions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze issues critically, document findings, and ensure consistent progress toward project goals.

• A minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with a focus on Windows PC applications and cloud hosted web and mobile applications..
• Proficient in Windows PC application development using C# and .NET Core.
• Proven expertise in software design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to suggest effective solutions to coding challenges.
• The capability to evaluate and recommend technology choices that align with project requirements.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server or similar database management systems.
• Familiarity with AWS
• Knowledge of MS Office and Azure DevOps tools.
• Experience working effectively in high-performing Agile teams.

• Experience in Condition Monitoring applications.
• Knowledge of Mobile Development (Kotlin/Swift) and Web Development (HTML5, React, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap CSS).
• Experience with Golang, Python, and C programming languages.
• Familiarity with GitHub and branching strategies.
