Job Description:
This role is to assist a team of technical support people. The team is migrating hundres of internal Microsoft user profiles from one domain to another. This has to start out with ensuring each user's computer / laptop is fully backed up to OneDrive (files, bookmarks, shortcuts, etc…). Then once that is done to disconnect from the company on-premises domain, updating their groups, and connect them to the Entra network.

There may be some troubleshooting required to resolve issues with existing profiles, files, backup that arise before the migration. Then again some troubleshooting after the user is reconnected to onDrive, importing bookmarks, and ensuring everything on their computers/laptops are running smoothly.

This process will need to be completed for hundreds of computers, so the candidate should be good with repetitive tasks. Additionally, they must collaborate with us if any adjustments to the process are required and document any issues for escalation.


Required Skills:

• Several years of experience working directly with end-users on enterprise platforms, and remoting into their machines (computers and/or laptops)
• Experience with doing backup-restore procedures on remote computers
• Experience with doing user profiles setups / installations to MS OneDrive
• Experience troubleshooting user computers for user configurations, network and cloud access.
• Experience working with troubleshooting / ticketing software.

Great Customer Service via phone and/or video experience
Collaborative and engaging with customers
