Compensation : $60,000 - $80,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
We are conducting a search for a full-time Systems Administrator to join a dynamic IT team supporting a hybrid enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who has hands-on experience with Apple / MacOS systems in a Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace and demonstrate a strong focus on automation, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain Apple / MacOS systems within a Microsoft-centric infrastructure, including managing user access, provisioning accounts, and supporting hybrid enterprise environments.
- Collaborate on the integration of Apple systems with tools such as Intune, Autopilot, MFA, Defender, ATP, and Google Workspace solutions.
- Oversee software patching, automation efforts, and stability across Apple / Microsoft systems in large-scale environments.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including best practices, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Utilize monitoring tools to assess platform uptime, stability, and performance, ensuring quick resolutions to system alerts and incidents.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement and manage enterprise IT solutions, ensuring adherence to SLAs and business requirements.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current systems.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to end users and ensure their technical needs are met promptly and professionally.
