Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience with human resources with a solid understanding of employee life cycle processes, employee relations, and performance management
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable employment laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies for associates across North America.
- Proficiency with the Service Now platform and Oracle HRIS preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and HRIS technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment
