Pay Target $35 per hour

Job Summary :

This role is to help out the Payroll Manger of a larger 3,000 employee company who is splitting their time helping implement a new financial / payroll system, while still needing to complete their daily A / P& Payroll duties. This person will take over many of the daily accounts payable duties, working with MS Excel spreadsheets and other accounting software. Further work with populating and loading payroll data in ADP using their EIB spreadsheets. Will also be assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.

Required Skills :

• 4 years experience in Accounts Payable in a professional work environment for mid-size or larger companies (500 employees)
• Demonstrated experience working with financials within Workday
• Payroll or Accounting software packages experience such as ADP, or Great Plains.
• MS Excel and Word documents intermediate experience specifically with pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
• Solid mathematical skills
• Experience gathering and running month-end reports for leadership
