Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as the technical leader for Salesforce projects with clients based throughout the United States.
- Leads functional and business process teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platforms and products.
- Provides detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulates benefits and risks.
- Provides hands-on technical assistance to developers and designs test plans to ensure quality solutions.
- Follows new Salesforce product capabilities and provides expertise during sales efforts.
- Promotes thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentations.
- Clients junior technical and functional team members.
Requirements:
- 8 years of CRM industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience, particularly in an Architect-capacity
- Strong expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Ability to integrate multiple third-party solutions
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications
- MUST have a strong consulting background
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
