Pay Range : $60.00 - $75.00per hr / Salary Target : $130K - $145K Bonus
Job Description :
We are seeking a hands-on IT Project / Program Manager to lead and deliver critical Infrastructure related technology initiatives that support our clients' fast-paced, results-oriented environment. As a bridge between IT and business operations, you will ensure the seamless execution of technology solutions while adapting to the unique demands of a site-based environment. Your expertise in managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading strategic delivery will be essential in driving operational success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and Oversee Programs : Manage multiple project teams across regions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technology programs within a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business units and IT teams to tailor technology solutions to operational needs, ensuring alignment with site-based realities.
- Manage Vendor Relationships : Oversee the delivery of services by third-party partners, including managing RFP and RFQ processes with procurement.
- Drive Strategic Change : Implement innovative strategies that optimize delivery timelines, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
- Governance and Oversight : Lead steering committees, provide strategic insights, and ensure that projects remain on track by managing emerging risks and issues.
- On-the-Ground Support : Offer hands-on leadership when necessary, providing direct guidance to ensure smooth program execution.
