Job Description :
The Staff Accountant will be a key contributor to the accounting team's objectives of expediting the month-end close and providing senior management with accurate and insightful financial data. This role requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements, ensuring efficient and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with large-scale ERP systems and financial software.
Bonus / Soft Skills :
CPA certification is preferred.
Knowledge of international accounting practices, statutory filings, and financial reporting for global tax compliance.
Experience working with multiple currencies in financial reporting is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
