Construction Project Manager

Seeking hands on Project Manager – Multi-Family/ Affordable Housing / Large Stick Framed Housing

Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.

· 5 years construction experience

· Partner with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

· Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.

· Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.

· Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
