Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Business Continuity Lead - Disaster Recovery, who is responsible for executing the Business Resiliency program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- CBCP Certification is a plus
- Enterprise experience
- Business Resiliency/Continuity experience
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
- Experience with the Development and management of internal risks and controls
- Experience with the Development of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
- Experience with Regulatory and/or Audit exams
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with technology risk within Financial institutions
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Visio is a plus
- Proficient in Tableau is a plus
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management is a plus
- Analytical background is a plus
- Experience with KY3P (know your third party) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Enables Technology and Line of Business adherence with Business and Technology Resiliency/Continuity risk management programs
- Supports execution of the Business Resiliency program to meet business and regulatory expectations
- Leads in the design and development of resiliency controls for specific business and technology risk management program components
- Executes the Business and Technology Resiliency/Continuity risk management programs within or across Technology and the Lines of Business (e.g. – Technology and Line of Business risk and control self-assessments and quality assurance reviews)
- Provides Business and Technology Resiliency/Continuity risk expertise while working with Technology teams, subsidiaries the Lines of business, and other risk partners (e.g., Independent Risk Management, Compliance, Audit)
- Leads or influences resiliency risk initiatives and business-as-usual activities
- Identifies risk, assesses impact, and makes recommendations on resolution
- Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate
