Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Data Integration and Test Data Management Analyst, who is responsible for using their knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and privacy attributes to build, maintain, and improve our data systems and workflows
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Test Data Management (TDM), including capturing test data from production systems while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Experience in data lineage with the ability to trace and track data flow across systems and applications
- Familiarity with ETL processes, particularly in real-time data transformations
- Solid understanding of data privacy and security standards for capturing production data for testing purposes
- Prior experience in TDM with knowledge of data masking, privacy attributes, and compliance with financial industry regulations
- Excellent collaboration skills to work across departments and with multiple teams, ensuring compliance and alignment with the bank’s regulatory needs
Responsibilities:
- Understand and document data lineage by mapping and tracing the flow of data through the bank’s systems to ensure transparency and compliance with data regulations
- Develop and maintain Test Data Management (TDM) processes, overseeing the creation, management, and security of test data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure proper data flow documentation by maintaining detailed records of data movements across systems and processes, which are crucial for audit and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with teams, working closely with business units andthe technical team, to ensure real-time data transformations (ETL) align with operational and regulatory needs
