Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a DevOps Engineer/Product Support Engineer, who is responsible for writing programs to maintain and control computer systems software for operating systems, networked systems, and database systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- DevOps experience
- Incident Management experience
- Release Management & Monitoring experience
- Java/NoSQL & Reporting experience
- Production Support/Open-shift Platform experience
- Experience with support offshore is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving production incidents with minimal downtime
- Perform and implement long-term-solutions.
- Monitor and alert creation using Dynatrace, LogScale, and other internal tools.
- Collaborate with other teams for incident management
- Improve system reliability and proactively identify potential risks
- Work with Red Hat Openshift Platform.
- Debug Java/SpringBoo/Angular applications and optimize them.
- Create reports for incidents based on querying in Nosql database
