Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Quality Engineer Domain Lead, who is responsible for driving quality initiatives, ensuring product and service standards are met, and guiding teams in implementing quality practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 8 years of experience
- Quality Engineering Strategy Experience - Develop test strategies as pertinent to an application
- Test Management & Execution Experience - Create test plan, scripts, and schedules
- Automation Experience
- Team Leadership & Mentoring Experience - Guide individual QA teams to align with test objectives
- Collaboration and Communications Experience - Work extensively with other teams
- Defect Management Experience
- Domain Experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Synthesize the changes, including data changes, to help the teams within Lending craft their test strategy criteria for the applications
- Write test strategies to assist with the credit card modernization approach
- Participate and assist others in learning how to do the regression testing
- Advocate for needed changes and assist consuming teams with the proper test strategy to align the changes for impact and efficiency
- Report back to the program team on various project-dictated testing timelines
