Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, who is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
- Experience writing users stories and acceptance criteria using industry-standard methodologies
- Experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scaled Agile
- Experience Translating User stories into technical requirements (Gherkin)
- Skilled in the creation of workflows and diagrams for complex solutions
- Understanding of how to elicit functional and non-functional requirements
- Ability to communicate with development teams and experienced designers
- Experience working with architects, developers, etc is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Working with architects and developers, working with capability groups, more administrative work with Jira and Confluence, lots of group work, and a very learn-as-you-go position
- Work with other Business Analysts and Product Architects to build product enhancements or new products for our technology platform that complement our payment solutions
- Gather and document business requirements
- Create and develop user stories, flowcharts, workflows, and process diagrams
- Work closely with the UI/UX Designers to build best-in-class user experiences
- Support testing and training to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of new or existing products
- Maintain overall product knowledge across solutions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
