Our client has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Architect, who is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus
- Experience with Service Catalog
- Experience with Employee Center Pro
- Experience with Virtual Agent
- Experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Design)
- Experience with Service Operations Workspace (SOW)
- Experience with Interactions
- Experience with Walk-Up Technology
- API Integrations Knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Employee Experience Crew Architect
- ServiceNow Architects are hands-on designing business architecture, delivering technical roadmaps, application blueprints, data models, and system overlays for business processes, decomposing business requirements against technical standards, current technical gaps, and possible application modules needed, conducting risk assessments, governance processes,s and issue resolution in business architecture
- Knowledge of ServiceNow applications, out-of-the-box configurations, business rules, and data tables, impacts of plugin and store app installations, and technical leadership for integration, testing, and operations of their assigned platform workstream (e.g. Employee Experience)
