Our production team is just as integral to our success as our creative team—nimble, fast, and essential. They are a crucial part of execution, ensuring that creatives and clients alike can rely on seamless delivery. From performance marketing and customer retention to product launches, customer engagement, and retail marketing, our entire agency works together to create and execute at the highest level. We’ve already helped launch marketing efforts for 60 retail stores across the U.S.—the first Consumer Cellular stores ever—with many more on the horizon. This role will assist in building efficiencies to scale these efforts as well as support integral communication between our warehouse and print partners to ensure we have sufficient inventory for product fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and Communication:
- Facilitating communication and information flow within the agency and to internal clients.
- Ensuring smooth operations and project execution—from meeting coordination, internal communication to project delivery.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Project Coordination:
- Assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Supporting the development and implementation of new programs or initiatives with a can-do attitude.
- Tracking budgets, invoices and resources for assigned projects.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintaining records, hard proofs, and databases.
- Preparing reports, case studies, and presentations.
- Providing administrative support to staff and management as needed.
- Proof-read, edit projects as requested to support quality control within the studio.
- Client Relations:
- Maintaining relationships with clients, creatives, producers, and stakeholders.
- Responding to client inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field strongly preferred or equivalent experience
- Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in the field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro and other relevant software—Wrike, Bynder experience would be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with producers, creatives and clients.
- Verbal and written communication for understanding project requirements and explaining these needs to employees and third-party providers
- Attention to detail, including: project specifications, timelines and spelling/grammar
- Problem-solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for the best results
- Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing project matters when time is limited
- Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once
- Goal-setting to set realistic deadlines and strategize daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly progress

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)
- Minimum Salary: $68,250
- Maximum Salary: $88,725
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
