Job Title: Administrative Supervisor
The Administrative Supervisor oversees administrative duties to ensure compliance with regulations and program rules. This includes managing a team of Administrative Coordinators who handle customer service, referrals, and enrollment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service from team members to external and internal customers.
- Compile and report customer service and enrollment metrics to the management team.
- Oversee daily enrollment, referral, payroll, and authorization functions.
- Supervise, train, and coach employees on standard operating processes and policies.
- Conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities.
- Resolve escalated complaints from clients.
- Communicate effectively and comply with legal requirements.
- Exhibit intermediate computer efficiency and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Monitor deliverables and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree preferred.
- 2 years previous office experience preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to pass background screening.
