What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Care Provider - HS position at Consumer Direct Care Network?
We’re seeking a compassionate caregiver to help an adult female maintain her independence at home. Responsibilities include assisting with range of motion exercises, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, and helping with a morning routine.
Hours:
Every other Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM - 12 PM (flexible schedule)
Every other Thursday - Sunday 6PM-9PM
Potential for on-call shifts
Wage:
$22.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping and meal prep
- Personal care and range of motion exercises
- Assistance with transferring (client uses a power wheelchair)
Requirements:
- Previous household maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable with dogs

CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
