Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to a female individual living in caldwell. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality 1:1 care, ensuring comfort and safety, assisting with transfers, and toileting on night shift. Client sleeps majority of the night. THIS IS AN AWAKE SHIFT. 10pm-6am FT or PT, you pick which days. Pay is DOE, raises come quick depending on performance. Must have 3 professional references.
Responsibilities
- Supervise with use of a camera
- Complete documentation
- Assist with bedding and toileting if needed
Skills
- Experience in patient care or caregiving roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus.
- Familiarity with monitoring vital signs and understanding basic health indicators.
- Compassionate approach when working with individuals with autism or other special needs.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the living space.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
