Care Provided in the Client's Home
Compensation:
$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Flexible hours to be arranged in advance with the client
- Up to 6 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Perform essential household tasks such as dishwashing, floor care, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, laundry, and surface cleaning
- Assist with daily living activities, including showering and dressing
- Support with mobility challenges and heavy lifting as needed
- Ensure the home is maintained as a clean and safe environment
- Grocery shop as necessary to provide the client with essential items
- Maintain regular, open communication with the client to schedule shifts and confirm that their needs are consistently met
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care, nursing homes, or similar settings preferred
- Household maintenance experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable approach to elderly care are essential
