Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity while promoting independence. This role is vital in delivering personalized care in various settings, including in the member's home and the community.
Duties
- Provide transportation and supervision for community outings.
- Engage with children during work time activities.
- Uphold member's rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in recreational programs.
- Maintain positive relationship with children and their family.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, group home settings, or special education is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care practices and resident rights is essential.
- Understanding of behavior interventions is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a criminal background check to be considered for the position.
