Are you looking to work with a local kiddo to provide Respite Care??
Looking for someone to spend time with a sweet and social young man. This little boy is a ham who will keep you very entertained. The family would love for someone to come to their home and spend time with him there, at least until everyone is comfortable. He loves playing outside, riding on his bike and 4 wheeler, or with the dogs (3 sweet farm dogs). Please reach out if you or someone you know may be a good fit :)
Schedule: Wednesday's 6:00pm-8:00pm, with additional flexible days available. 10 hours/week available.
Location: Gilman, WI

- RESPITE WILL BE DONE IN THE CHILDS HOME
Pay: $14.13/hour (after tax rate)
Requirements*:
- Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
