Job Summary:
This is a fulfilling opportunity for compassionate caregivers dedicated to helping an adult female maintain her independence and comfort at home. In this role, you will assist with range of motion exercises to support physical health and mobility. You will also help with household tasks to keep the environment organized and tidy. As an animal lover, you will enjoy the company of her three friendly dogs. The role also involves assisting with her morning routine to ensure a smooth and comfortable start to the day. Hours:
Every other Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM - 12 PM (with flexibility around the schedule)
Potential for on-call shifts if desired!!!
Wage:
$22.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping duties
- Meal preparation
- Personal care assistance (helping with hygiene and getting ready for the day)
- Range of motion exercises (focused on legs)
- Assistance with transferring from bed (client uses a power wheelchair and gait belt)
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with prior experience maintaining a household
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Must be comfortable around dogs

CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
