">In this position, you will support children and youth with behavioral and psychological health needs through counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, often in home and community settings. You will lead treatment teams and enjoy a low caseload of 7 clients, ensuring effective and personalized care.
">Compensation and Benefits
">You will be rewarded with a competitive starting pay of $64,000/year, along with additional incentives. Additionally, you will receive an annual stay-on bonus of $1,000 for the first two years. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401K and employee assistance programs.
">Requirements and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need a graduate degree in Social Work or Counseling and active or pursuing licensure in Maine. Your strong communication and leadership skills will enable you to effectively work with clients, families, and treatment teams.
