Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. BCBAs will create trust with families, design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing treatment plans.
  • Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
  • Implementing ABA therapy programs in various settings.
  • Collaborating with families and professionals to support client progress.
  • Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines.

Qualifications include active BCBA certification, a Master's degree in a related field, and strong leadership skills.
